| Our People |
| The most important factor underlying
the success of Wright is the high caliber of our employees.
We don't hire people who simply want a job. We hire craftsmen
who want a career and who take great pride in their work as
pipeliners. In turn, we are committed to providing our people
with ongoing training and competitive wages. The result is approximately
25 experienced, quality-focused crews with members who work
together seamlessly to exceed client expectations.
All of our operators have participated in Western Pennsylvania
Operating Engineers' joint apprenticeships and training programs.
Every crew foremen is certified as an OSHA competent person,
and other crewmembers are certified in fusion, live gas tie-ins
and light-ups. All Wright employees have undergone extensive
background checks prior to being hired.
Leading our employees is a management team with not only
underground utility experience but also the business savvy
needed to help our clients look at their operations differently.
Our innovative working relationships and contracts signal
that we don't do business as usual—we do business in
new ways that reduce client costs, increase service expectations
and ensure that peace of mind is always but a phone call away.
